How a repair works.
Call or text us
Tell us the unit, what it's doing and the machine it came off. Often we can troubleshoot it in the cab or swap a part on-farm instead.
Fill out the repair form
Print and complete the ChDp repair form. The more detail you give about the fault, the quicker the bench work goes.
Pack it right
Suitable box, bubble wrap, each unit packaged separately, mounting hardware with sharp edges removed. Put the form inside.
Drop off or ship
Bring it to DBS in Mankota and we'll handle the rest, or ship direct to the repair centre using one of the addresses below.
